Sandstone walls are incredibly popular as they add value to your home and look fantastic. A well-built sandstone wall will literally last a life-time, since the blocks can never corrode or breakdown. To achieve the perfect result we have to carefully measure each block and “rock face” them to make them lock together. Another choice is concrete blocks. While these don’t have the same aesthetic look and feel, they are cheaper and easier to construct. Each block has a raised key that locks into a hollow on the block above, creating a super-strong wall. These walls are great for areas that are out of sight or that will be buried under a home.
